Few days ago Ghanaian actress yvonne Nelson asked Twitter to verify her twitter account to be able to avoid these impersonators.
This trend has also made Nollywood actress Stella Damasus to make the move of closing down her Facebook account. Yesterday afternoon, She said that she has shut down all her Facebook accounts because of impersonators swindling innocent people of their hard earned money through the accounts. She says she prefers to shut down the accounts, than for her fans to be cheated.
