PDP GIVES BUHARI 10 DAYS TO NAME CABINET

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has given President Muhammadu Buhari ten days to set up his cabinet, saying Nigerians did not vote for a sole administrator.
The party also insisted that Buhari and his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), must fulfil their campaign promises to Nigerians and confront insurgency with vigour.
In a statement yesterday in Abuja, PDP national publicity secretary, Olisa Metuh, said after a careful evaluation of the first 30 days of President Buhari in office by the PDP, it has become obvious that Nigerians need to join hands in prayers to save the government from further “inaction and dithering.”
The party said the call for prayers has become necessary given the fact that the administration is finding it difficult to locate its bearing and even take off and face the challenges of governance at the centre, resulting in 30 days of “all motion and no movement,” a scenario it said does not augur well for the polity.
