Senator Andy Uba is the All Progessives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Anambra State. He defeated 13 others to win the primary election which held at the weekend.
Chairman of the primary
election panel and Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, announced the
results at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Agulu Lake, yesterady morning.
Uba polled 230,201 votes while his closest
rival, Johnbosco Onunkwo polled 28,746 votes.
The total vote cast was 348,490.
Senator Ifeanyi Ubah emerged candidate of the Young
Progressive Party (YPP) .
