Tracy Morgan was released yesterday from the physical rehabilitation centre where he had been recovering...
Tracy will continue his recovery efforts at home with an aggressive outpatient program.
His rep says, "He [Tracy] asked me to pass along his sincerest gratitude to everyone who has helped him get to this point."
Tracy checked in to the center last month -- after he sustained several broken bones on June 7th in a bus crash, including his femur.
