This is his first time of doing so since his return to the country from
his medical vacation in London last Friday.
Among those who prayed with the president were the
Director of The Department ofState Security, Lawal Daura; the acting chairman of the Economic and Financial
Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Magu and the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service, Hammed Ali.
The Senate had Wednesday rejected the renomination of Magu as substantive chairman
of the EFCC following a damning report by the DSS.
The upper legislative chamber had also on Thursday turned back Ali for his refusal
to put on uniform.
