Court frees Oguche, suspected Nyanya bombing mastermind

A Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed the two counts terrorism charges against the suspected mastermind of the bombing of the Nyanya Motor Part in Abuja, Aminu Ogwuche.

According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the court in it's ruling, dismissed the two counts terrorism charges brought against him and freed him based on lack of diligent prosecution by the state.
Ogwuche was repatriated from Sudan, where he fled to after the bombing of the park, in which no fewer than 75 persons died...
