An exhibitionist
caused traffic chaos after performing a sex act in the middle of the
road.
Amie Carter was spotted
by shocked motorists strolling down the road totally naked, with one concerned
driver calling the police.
The
31-year-old, from Orlando, Florida, then threw her phone at a car while climbing on top of
another.
Police, who have said the woman was on drugs at the time of the
incident, asked her to stop the eccentric display when arriving on the scene,
but she continued.
A police report stated:
"Carter appeared to be under the influence [of] a heavy unknown substance.
"She appeared in
an altered mental state, displaying extremely irrational and volatile
behaviour."
She
was arrested and charged with exposure of sexual organs and criminal mischief.
