New Study Shows Selfies Kill More Than Sharks

A new study shows that taking selfies have killed more people than sharks have in the past year.

Recent findings have revealed that taking a picture of yourself is more dangerous than encountering a shark in the ocean.

The number of  deaths are fairly close in comparison. A website dedicated to keeping track of fatal and non-fatal shark attacks, Shark Attack Survivors, has cited eight deaths in 2015 from shark attacks. While Mashable reports that there has been 12 selfie-related deaths.
