A husband who filmed
his wife trying to have sex with their family dog has been jailed
Paul Riley's video also
featured the animal performing an intimate sex act on partner Sandra Wilson.
Riley,
aged 51, of Castlefields, Runcorn, was sent down for 18 months. Wilson was
handed an adult caution, the Runcorn and Widnes
Weekly News reports.
Rob James, prosecuting,
told Chester Crown Court that in interview Riley told police "it was
something he wanted to see happen".
After being arrested on
suspicion of trying to have sex with an animal, Wilson said "everybody was
drunk" and that her husband "was always asking if she would have sex
with a dog" but she had previously said "no".
Sentencing Riley
yesterday, Judge Shetty said: “That was your wife. And you were operating the
video camera and it appears from the media that you have an interest in
beastiality and were prepared to fulfil that fantasy by using your wife and
family dog to create a video that you would find sexually gratifying.”He added:
“You had pestered and worn down your wife into committing this offence.
“I accept while your
wife’s participation couldn’t be described as under duress, it’s clear you were
the prime mover in attempting to create this video.”
Officers found 500
"extreme pornographic images" featuring beastiality on Riley's
computer during a search.
Riley pleaded guilty to six counts –
possession of extreme pornographic images, encouraging his wife to have sexual
intercourse with a dog, and possession of 57 indecent images of children in
categories A, B and C.
