The Nigerian Army has
said it is not in possession of the original or photocopies of the credentials
of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen.
Muhammadu Buhari.
The Director of Army
Public Relations (DAPR), Brig-Gen. Olajide Laleye, disclosed this Tuesday during a press conference at the Army Headquarters (AHQ), Abuja.
Laleye said that
Nigerian Army has been bombarded with several requests from individuals and
corporate organizations seeking to know the true position of Buhari's
credentials.
According to the statement, they only had a letter from the Principal of
Buhari’s secondary school, dated 1961, recommending him for enlistment into the
military school...
